Shipping policy.
Where we ship
Epicpro offers free standard shipping on every order to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Handling & delivery
Orders are typically handled in 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard transit time is approximately 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays.
Packaging
Bikes are carefully boxed and shipped safely in manufacturer packaging. Tracking information is provided by email when an order ships. Please inspect your delivery promptly and contact us if anything arrives damaged or incorrect.
